Caramel Apple Dip
Caramel Apple Dip (serves 18) Julie McGraw Risovi
16 oz. Philadelphia Cream Cheese
½ C. Powdered Sugar
16 oz. Old Fashioned Caramel Apple Dip (I used Marzettis)
1 C. Heath Bits-O-Brickle Toffee Bits (found in baking aisle; not candy aisle)
4 Large Granny Smith Apples, sliced thick
In a medium bowl, beat together cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy. Spread mixture evenly onto a platter. Spread caramel apple dip on top of the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle the top generously with toffee bits. Serve with thick slices of Granny Smith apples.
Enjoy!
Julie (youngest daughter of Bill and Maria McGraw – Norm’s only brother) started bringing these caramel apples to the annual 4th of July party several years ago.
